There is nothing good about this job. I would rather be a janitor or window cleaner.
Cons
You have a goal set for commission and if you make it you only get 4% which is a waste and you can't have your phone in the building and if it is then it has to be in your managers desk. The pay isn't good at all either. My interview process was very unprofessional and way to personal. This place is ghetto and definitely not professional.
