Pros
1-Amazing, caring coworkers. People who actually care about how you’re doing in your project.
2-The leadership are honest and down to earth.
3-Pay is good.
4- The ability to work from home, which is most important to me, is great. I can be plugged in from my home office and do my best work for the client.
Cons
No cons for me.
If you’re not used to being a consultant and working on projects you may not like or that take some time to learn/ get used to or you’re not a person who can “drink from a firehouse” or work in chaos/ figure it out on your own- it’s not for you. I personally love it.
