Pros
After reading some of the negative reviews here, I can only assume disgruntled ex-employees or those unequipped for the type of environment at Seradex. I've been working for this company nearly two years, and though not without its challenges, it's actually quite an accommodating work environment. It's certainly not a role or career for those that aren't self starters, and there's a certain amount of trial by fire, but that's to be expected in a primarily independent, self-managed role. The support is there, if it's sought, but this is not a place for those who need to be micro-managed. If you're intelligent, motivated, adaptable, and like a challenging career with good compensation, then it's more suited for you. If you need a manager to spoon-feed you hourly tasks, maybe not.
Cons
Onboarding process could use some formalization, and some of the internal processes could do with some better documentation.
