Pros
None that come to mind.
Cons
The company thrives on covering up issues and inconveniences rather than rectifying them. The turnover is incredibly high. There is no bar lower than the one set by Seradex. If you voice an opinion or ask for something management aren't prepared to provide, they will make you feel stupid and worthless, they will fire you, or they will make you miserable to the point you quit. Their "HR" practices are abysmal, at best. Upper management will often speak about derogatory things and act in a barbaric manner in the office. Certainly not the actions of a professional group. Professional development is also not an option. Rather than coach you up, they let you do whatever with no guidance then try to tell you that you are doing it wrong.
