      Pros

      There's a certain degree of flexibility in working hours and smart working. The work/life balance is fine.

      Cons

      Very low wages, toxic bosses, imposed "we are like a family" culture while you are Just exploited and the management is ready to sacrifice you and no training whatsoever. Of course, no opportunity to grow whatsoever. I will conclude saying that the turnover is craaaazy and it's not unusual for a rate of 15 employees a year to leave the company.
