      Pros

      Great clients and most of the staff are great.

      Cons

      New spa management is useless. No clue how to manage staff, disrespectful front desk staff, half the time we have no supplies, never know if we are making monthly goal. Front desk changes every week with new people. Back stabbing staff, drama queens. If half the staff actually focused on their job the place wouldn’t be so terrible. Higher level position over spa was eliminated year ago and the place has gone hill like a freight train.

      Pros

      If you've got a booking technology you use it to its capacity. Need to change a password now and again for security, no biggie. That's what technology is for, to make things easier for everyone. And if this presents a problem for you, outsource it to someone who knows IT.

      Cons

      Can't provide meaningful feedback any other way without half the management being vindictive.
