Pros
Phenomenal people and a close knit culture within teams. There is a large contingent of employees working hard to help the company reach it's potential.
Cons
The founder/CEO could be a great leader but can't get out of his own way. He is a bottleneck for far too many decisions. This problem is made worse by his unreliability. No one knows if he will show up to any given meeting. This leads to meetings being constantly rescheduled at the last second, or needing to be held twice. It's crazy just how much employee time is wasted due to his lack of time management. Honest disagreement with the CEO is risky. You will not survive if you're not willing to kiss the ring. This leads most long-time employees to tread cautiously and defer to his ego rather than pursue honest disagreements.
