Pros

Forward-looking, progressive, dynamic, lots of change (so never boring!)

Cons

Need a strong plan that is stuck to for a longer period, as often inclined to try to do too many things, and often not followed through as there is insufficient time. Promote people internally and stop trying to hire Directors externally. Build a sales culture where people strive to get new clients rather than rest on the laurels of clients we've had for years.

Pros

Great colleagues and amazing back office function. The teams are keen to see the business achieve. How I was recruited into the company was outstanding, very efficient and kept in touch all the way through the process. The on-boarding and training process was excellent. Amazing policies that enable a great work life balance, a proactive HR department who are at the for front of employee engagement and benefits.

Cons

Can be challenging working with some of the group other brands. Lack of progression although encouraged to learn and develop. Need to review salaries against market rates.

Pros

I have only been with the company 3 months so far however everything has been first class, the interview process and communication throughout was great and going out with for a meal with my team before I started was a really nice touch and made me feel part of the team from day 1. Within my first 2 weeks I had sat with every Manager and Director and all were happy to give me their time and vision. The welcome, work ethic and culture are first class right from the Directors through the Apprentices.
