Great Employer - Anonymous employee Serocor Group Employee Review

I have only been with the company 3 months so far however everything has been first class, the interview process and communication throughout was great and going out with for a meal with my team before I started was a really nice touch and made me feel part of the team from day 1. Within my first 2 weeks I had sat with every Manager and Director and all were happy to give me their time and vision. The welcome, work ethic and culture are first class right from the Directors through the Apprentices.

None that I have noticed so far

There's some really great people here who work really hard but who also make it fun. There's lots of autonomy available to those that want it. It really feels as if its modernised over the last year and will continue to move forward.

Its a consistently busy environment and there's always loads to do but the stamina and skills people develop as a result are great.
