Pros
Do your hours then leave. Floor manager is good, helps with any issues . 8am-4:30 or 5:00. Really no supervision, left to do your thing all day.
Cons
Bad head boss. Limited lifts. Old frame rack with most attachments missing. No reviews or raise. Lower pay compared to competition. Inconsistent writers. Constantly working on the ground. Bi wkly pay. $22hr FLAT RATE avg. 80 hrs/ wk hustling. Would like to do more but usually have to beg for more work.
