Low acuity but very good client demographic. It is good to function independently . Salary is consistent with the area . No weekends or holidays.

What is happening behind the scenes is a mystery. Management is in other cities and states. You are the last to know if management is unpleased with you. You cannot get sick, here. HR requires 24hr notice for sickness . They will write you up if you call off from the ER at 4am or leave early for a death in the family. A nurse has no support with Servfed. They are a government contract. Not all contracts are as disheveled as Servfed , though. There is no accrual of time. No raises.in my nearly 4 hrs.
