Many cons. Company does not have a proper leave structure. No sick leave (if taken it will be marked LOP) no annual leave, no causal leave. You get two days off after working for 5 days that too after completing one year in this company.
The company provides you with all the freedom to learn on client-server and troubleshoot them.
They don't irritate you unnecessarily. If you shift properly and log out they won't call you for anything.
