Pros

Generally good and smart people. Friday night drinks. Nice office with views People and Culture monthly catch ups and counseling session (although this is subjective and unfortunately depends on the client lead)

Cons

Lots of politics and small talks. It is the norm to speak behind people's back. This starts with top management and across the whole company which will affect your reputation and negatively influence your work environment and progression. Greed was always an issue, however, it became worse after the newly introduced partnership model which is taking it to a whole new level where you are just viewed in dollar sign. Naturally, the average salary continues to be below the industry average. Favoritism is rampant and is given to some disputable characters. While some managers are good with clients and teams they are not given the rewards they deserve if they are not part of the clique, resulting in "good talkers" and underachievers being rewarded. Overall it is a place that has some good talent which is under-utilised and not rewarded the average market rate.

Pros

Worked there for a couple of months. The only word I have for them is confusing. Everything seemed so overwhelmingly staged up. They try to make you work for more than your usual hours along with making you sell their projects to clients even though you have clearly mentioned in the interview that you are a technical person that too at a lot less pay than the market value and a grade way lower than your experience). They seem to mainly target new migrants in the country or non IT people moving to IT as it's easy to initially keep them in the sark about the pay or grade they should be receiving.

Cons

1. The prominent people are cheerful and rude at the same time which makes you question your own personality. 2. Really bad projects 3. After hours trainings multiple times a week which can run upto 8:30 pm effectively making you work for 12 hours straight. 4. Has a culture where they presume that only loud people are hard working hard, fitting for junior resources, but experienced people don't do that 5. Way less pay than practically anywhere else. 6. Small box for a office where the HR gets really annoyed if you have lan to work from office and indicate that indirectly leaving you indecisive on whether you should or shouldn't come to office. 7. Your official work hours are 38 per week but their office timing is 8:30 am-5:30 pm (as opposed to 5 pm in everywhere else) which does not look right. They expect you to work beyond office hours (a lot!!) but no on call or overtime payment 8. Some of the senior members have borderline racism where they ask you uncomfortable questions about your culture. Some young HRs throw borderline racist jokes when you are talking unofficially which is cringeworthy
