Humorless bosses, low pay, not enough work to justify working there. - Calling Representative Service 800 Employee Review

Pros

If you want to work hourly with lots of flexibility for a part time shift, this could be an option for you. Supervisors are good about allowing time off for health appointments, etc. Training staff is excellent.

Cons

No benefits, no work unless there are records to call to make customer surveys. Pay is low compared to other similar positions. You are rated strictly by the numbers..how long between calls, how quickly you can record information. No soft skills appreciated, bosses humorless. You're expected to be perfect like a robot, but not to sound like one when you call.

Pros

Easy job, no physical work, fun coworkers

Cons

"Supervisors" are very little or no help because there isn't enough of them so they're constantly being pulled in a million different directions. They'll schedule meetings for supervisors & leave none on the floor to help the agents who have questions. They don't listen to their agents because they don't care about them. The people who work upstairs in "corporate" NEVER speak to the CSR's. Loyality, dedication, hard work, longevity, family mean NOTHING to them. They only pay holiday pay if you work the holiday & then it's only a few holidays. It's all who you know in that company. They hire their friends, make up job positions for them & they're not qualified for the job. The corporate employees have a DIFFERENT DOOR in the front of the building they can walk through, whereas the "little meaningless guys" are to use a hidden door in the back of the building. DO NOT get caught walking through or out their door, they WILL make sure you know you're a nobody, you can't come in that door.
