      Pros

      Pay is minimal, but regular.

      Cons

      Same job tasks day in day out. The company claims to be experts in heating and cooling but they generally install in new construction so don't expect them to service your 10 year old furnace. They don't know how, and will try to get you to buy a new one.

      Pros

      Service Experts is a great company to have a carrier. Weather you are just starting in the trades or have been ongoing for years. When i started at Service Experts I quickly realized the company cared about the employee's and the customers as well. Service Experts gives the employee opportunity to grow and be promoted. The company also stands with our military men and women as we are partnered with hiring the Hero's and Military make over. Thank you Service Experts.

      Pros

      Great pay, work life-balance was do-able. PTO and benefits were acceptable.

      Cons

      Hybrid schedule is very strict and taking any time to work from home is not in their best interest.
