Pros
Good starting pay, great coworkers, nice parking garage and nice building.
Cons
Faced religious discrimination by HR (was told my beliefs would make people uncomfortable and I should not wear religious heqadgear), not allowed to drink coffee or anything other than water in building, you're being heard and watched all the time (via cameras, timed breaks, phone recording 24/7), owners are nice people but are not aware of what is happening beneath them in the departments.
