Great growth opportunity, supportive management - HR-Payroll Manager Service Foods Employee Review

Fairly easy work. Depending on how I was managed sometimes I could work independently.

Too much micromanagement and distrust. Can be quite menial and reactive majority of the time. Lack of transparency especially in leadership. Lack of consistency. No career growth. A lot of corporate strategy talk minimal support and follow through to staff.

None - company is awful
