      Pros

      Made some great friends and we've all now left but continue to meet up for dinners

      Cons

      Targets are ridiculously high so you can't hit them. They then take the $ you miss by and add it to the next month's target. So it compounds. Worked there 2 years and none of us got any commision. How is this even legal?
