Pros
I'm lucky enough to have an amazing team, and manager. But the whole company is fantastic, it's really easy to get along, and work with everyone. You can ask anyone a question and they'll do their best to help you, really refreshing to especially when you're new to not feel nervous about reaching out. We also do a lot of collaboration so you're always aware what everyone's working on and it's great to move towards a common goal. I feel really looked after and appreciated and that's without a doubt the best thing about Service Geeni.
Cons
Office could do with updating, it's fine for the most part as we work remotely and have team days in central locations. But when we do go in, it's not really equipped for working.
