Pros

Good pay, no real restrictions on time off or family etc. Fellow employees are great, management not so much.

Cons

Office culture is ok.... Always felt like the company had no direction. One day we sell this and do this, the next week we now sell this and not that. Management, is not really management. The CEO is so concerned with keeping bills paid he isn't planning for 5-10 years down the road. Also a manager told me he had a friend write 2 new hires an email telling us it was a death spiral stay away..... Definitely not reassuring!

Pros

This company is so customer centric. they care about their response and customer satisfaction. Everyone feels like family. great company to work for.

Cons

Small company for now but very mighty in getting customers IT solutions resolved quickly.

Pros

Some great people there to work with that are extremely talented. Work life balance is decent.

Cons

CEO is an extremely misguided leader. Doesn't understand anything about what to do to save this company. He's not there enough and even if he was he wouldn't care. This is somebody who can tell his employees he's "happy about" doing a layoff and cutting wages across the board. Then go on a vacation. Company is failing quickly. Extremely micromanaged. The business model is out dated and the sales proposition is packed with white lies. There's barely anybody left there, no more then 50 employees and the company has been around since 1989. That should tell you a lot about them. You can't function as a nationwide company with less then 50 employees. They're behind trend on all marketing tactics, paying employees below industry standard, and extremely reactive rather then proactive. Irrational, fear mongering leadership tactics. Lying to customers is promoted and encouraged. Unethical as a whole.
