      Pros

      Good coworkers, fast-paced environment, never out of thing to do.

      Cons

      Illegal hours (10+ hr shifts with no breaks!), illegal rest-times (can work from 3 pm til 3am -no break - and still be expected back in at 9am for another 10+ hr shift), management looks down on staff, managers constantly not working but on Facebook, candycrush, or just chatting for hours with different staff. Barely ever get increased in wage even after slaving for it, they find excuses to not give em. Take away hours on a whim.

      Pros

      People you work with at the restaurant are decent to be around, you’re on your feet a lot and always moving

      Cons

      You’re paid terribly, breaks are nonexistent, shifts are too long, you’re constantly expected to solve issues you’re not trained to handle, and you’re sort of responsible for brainwashing your staff into buying into some really extreme ideas about how a restaurant should operate
