      Pros

      I've worked in many AV companies, but had doubts about most from the beginning. Not here though. The team is supportive, the pay is very competitive, and the possibilities are endless. Top notch projects to be involved with as well. Truly a self-motivated person's dream company. Unlimited tools provided to be successful.

      Cons

      We are busy! Tons of work (not really a negative, could be much worse!). Never a boring day as every day is something new.

      Pros

      Training and professional development are big focuses so there are weekly company wide trainings., “Summer Fridays” where we close at noon to start the weekend early. Involvement in projects from start to finish so you feel a sense of ownership and pride at the end. Very inclusive environment with lots of room to advance.

      Need more people to join the team!
