Pros
It was good until the past few year's. It used to be a laid back place that didn't drive the driver's into the ground and then treat them like crap. Money is still good.
Cons
Run a man into his grave and get upset if you don't. The last year the dispatch is under so much pressure that they in turn treat the driver's like crap. They require ten years experience and hazmat, tanker, twic but then treat the driver's like a newbie. The harder you work the more they want. They have driver's pulling flat bed with no experience on properly securing the loads. They don't care how long you have been there and treat the new guy's coming in like gold.
