Great role for independent problem solvers or those who desire to help others navigate the murky waters of insurance repair work on a daily basis.
Cons
Demanding flexibility with work life balance, very litigious industry, and overall your experience will defer depending on the leaderships family values and the long term objectives of the particular franchise.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience.
There are lots of pros, positive work environment, nice and kind team to work with. Management is open and communicative and provides lots of support and training.
Cons
There really are not too many, restoration requires some long work hours, buts thats typical!
Owners care more about supporting their lifestyle than anything. False promises, no basic training, daily threats, asked to commit insurance fraud, outdated equipment-vehicles-facilities. a "Do more with less" mindset. Try to nickel and dime their own employees by charging outrageous amounts for anything they "issue" you. If you leave without offering a two week notice, they drop your pay to minimum wage. Not enough work to keep you busy doing what you were hired for and they bounce you around performing whatever they want you to.
