Someone is always available to resolve an issue. * Competitive salaries * Hard work is recognized and well rewarded. * No nonsense and issues can be approached directly. * Great company outlook!
Cons
* The pace is fast and this is not for everyone. * Not the perkiest place in the Silicon Valley. There are plenty of snack, coffee machines, and various other drinks to choose from but there isn’t anything outlandish like sleep pods or restaurants catered by famous chefs to brag about. Although, I personally appreciate the company’s responsible attitude toward budgeting that money elsewhere.
