Pros

Remote work is encouraged Management oversight is very low.

Cons

The products are massively outdated and not very good. Customers are constantly unhappy and support teams end up dealing with the fallout. The people left in the company have very little understanding of how the product works so everything takes ages. Development and QA teams have been decimated. Management don’t understand what anyone does and don't take the time to find out. There’s no strategy in place. It feels reactive most of the time. There’s a strong blame culture across the business. Problems get pushed ignored and the exec team refuse to take accountability for their own faults. Customers are leaving in droves, which is pretty obvious internally, and it’s led to multiple rounds of redundancies. There have been at least two rounds in the last couple of years. Resignations are not replaced and everyone is expected to perform multiple roles.

Pros

Pretty cool product and employees are nice

Cons

They aren’t who they say they are! Be very careful and avoid employment here at all costs. I question whether the executive team plans to be there in the long term, which is surprising as the company is still pretty early stage and experiencing growth.
