Pros

I'm not a millennial as many of my coworkers are and I've worked in a lot of environments, from good to downright terrible. With all that experience, I can say wholeheartedly that ServiceTitan is the best place I've ever worked. Here are my top five pro's, though I could go on and on.... + Totally non-political culture that encourages collaboration, critique, and honesty. I haven't met anyone with an ego and everyone just wants what's best for the company, the customers, the campaign, or whatever. + Completely intelligent, engaged and supportive management team. Humble but demanding founders who know the company inside and out, know what it can do for its customers, and want to see genuine passion in every employee. + Customers are like family. I'm not kidding... with literally thousands of customers we treat everyone like they're family. Our customers visit our office and have the run of the place. We white-glove each customer with an account manager who knows everything about them. It's incredible. + Work challenges are invigorating and impactful. No busy work, and very little red tape. I can accomplish almost anything I set my mind to. + Culture of work hard/play hard that's not just lip service to the play hard. The office is super fun, everyone takes time to rejuvenate, the lunches provided are healthy and top quality, the kitchen is stocked and there's an opportunity for everyone to know everyone. + BONUS: We're a growing startup that continues to double and triple every year, all while maintaining the amazing culture I've already described. Who wouldn't want to be part of that?

Cons

In my mind cons implies "reasons to not work here". I cannot think of one. There are, of course, challenges and growing pains associated with any company that's expanding as rapidly as we are, but that's not a con in any way. If you have the entrepreneurial spirit, there is nothing about this place that would give you pause.

Pros

Really decent benefits regarding healthcare. The people on the teams themselves are great. Too bad they're stuck there right along-side you in a rough spot.

Cons

-Overwhelming amount of information to learn about a software that they keep adding more and more new features to. (Constantly, its unending, the software is so massive at this point its overwhelming to both customers and support.) -Pushing more and more AI creep. The new AI case assistant is going to take over the position soon, we're literally teaching it how to do our jobs and solve cases for us. It already knows how to do so, it's just getting fine tuned and we're the ones providing it info. -Management has no idea what they're doing and feels like they're constantly panicking and pushing harder for stats and metrics that feel rough and unreasonable. -No communication between major teams, leading to internal friction that leads to you wondering 'what do these other people even do around here' sort of mentality? -No room for upwards movement into the company, applied many times for positions and was kept where I was with replies of, "You weren't quite what we were looking for." -Armenian support seems to get treated far better than American Support staff. Getting extra holidays off while American Staff still have to work most holidays to begin with.
