Pros

-Your coworkers (Other SDRs) you work with are cool and just happy to be there -Health benefits

Cons

-Don't ever come work here. Management needs a massive wake up call. They are on their high horse and barely doing anything in the background while the SDRs hustle hard to get fired left and right for doing so. -You are literally just a number. They will fire you so fast and not even think about you ever again. They are constantly interviewing because they know this. You will not get a severance greater than two weeks. -No EOY bonus at all -You are provided with the worlds worst leads. Literally, you will receive leads that were disqualified a month ago, then recycled back to you in hopes of a different result (insane). -Management is absolutely useless. Does nothing to try to better and coach you up. -Management literally cancels more than half of the scheduled meetings per week for whatever personal reason that pertains to them. -Pay is 60k base and they don't even ever tell you exactly how the commission works. They just say if you hit all of your quota, this is what should be expected. No clear commission structured plan. -You are expected to be up and running by 7:30am and keep your foot on the gas till 4pm+. -You are absolutely nothing more than a glorified telemarketer. -If you miss a day of work, you are expected to make up those dials and emails required for the day. Does not matter if you took 4 days off for PTO, you will be expected to make up those four days of results up, for that month, otherwise it is a violation and you will get written up and put on a coaching plan. -They provide you with a false sense of hoping by talking about promotion possibilities. Instead, usually everyone gets fired over time because all those previously promoted do not coach or assist newer members. -SDRs are supposed to pass interested leads to Account Executives to close the deal. If any of the information the SDR noted during their initial call with the prospect is incorrect, the SDR can lose the entire deal/commission, while the Account Executive can still proceed to close it and make money. (This ones absolutely nuts) -You can have hours of talk time per day, but if you didn't hit your dial quota, you will still be flagged and have the expectation to make up the necessary dials.

Pros

The benefits are solid, including stock options and unlimited PTO, though I didn't feel especially encouraged to actually use the time off. The C-suite has a clear vision for where the company is headed. Peers are genuinely good to work with, and there's a shared sense that people want to do well and want each other to succeed. It's a growing company, so the stock could carry real value over the long run if that growth holds.

Cons

Leadership at the department level was my main concern. In my experience, the management style made it hard to raise concerns or disagree without it affecting how you were viewed on the team. Direction was often unclear and expectations shifted, which made it difficult to know what success looked like. Over my time here I saw a lot of capable people leave, some by choice and some not, and the turnover lined up with those leadership gaps.
