Pros

Serviceline have gone through a lot of change in the past 12 months given the pandemic. However it's great to see the company have made a lot of investment in improving the business processes and are proving a great platform for it's employees and clients to thrive moving forwards.

Cons

As the business goes through this transition period there are some teething issues which are being addressed.

Pros

There was room for development and to learn...but only to a point. Some knowledgeable people with good experience New office in Letchworth is better than previous location in Stevenage Some good Customers Reasonable salaries across the majority of positions

Cons

Poor leadership throughout the Group, especially at SL which has changed multiple times in recent years. Very political, time is spent protecting yourself rather than getting things done. At times can be a toxic environment to work in. Behind the curve compared to the offering from other suppliers in the industry, no innovation, always about survival from month to month and short term decisions. Valuable team members both in the field and office have left or are leaving Senior 'Leadership' is self serving, all about maintaining their own position, rather than supporting or protecting their team members. Don't expect anyone to have your back or be genuinely invested in your growth and development
