Poor leadership throughout the Group, especially at SL which has changed multiple times in recent years. Very political, time is spent protecting yourself rather than getting things done. At times can be a toxic environment to work in. Behind the curve compared to the offering from other suppliers in the industry, no innovation, always about survival from month to month and short term decisions. Valuable team members both in the field and office have left or are leaving Senior 'Leadership' is self serving, all about maintaining their own position, rather than supporting or protecting their team members. Don't expect anyone to have your back or be genuinely invested in your growth and development

There aren't any pros about working at serviceline, it used to be good. The only pros are the engineers and some of the office staff are good. You get a decent multi meter and the vans are OK. You don't get personal use though.

Everything. the people in charge pretend to care but are only interested in keeping there jobs. those at the top are underqualified and clueless. The constant mistakes gets blamed on covid or the engineers, or the office but never them. They're not interested in fixing things first time, just look at the customer reviews. They have ruined a house hold name. It won't be long before the doors are shut or it becomes the dreaded millers vanguard.
