- young and energetic teachers
- good staff benefits
- flexible work (wfh if granted)
Cons
- too much unnecessary meetings/ emails
- paper work!! no work life balance (need to on the laptop late night and show the world that you're 'available' on Teams.. that shows you are hardworking..how toxic..no work life balance)
- Biasness !
- higher position ppl directing the team but with little to no help
- shifting documentations to online but with no clear instructions
- staffs who are there for long with no higher positions wants to stay in their own comfort zone and gets their way easily
- covering schedule is unfair
- be on everyone's good book if you want to stay here long
- random outings and lunch together when people just prefer to separate work and personal life.. toxic
- staffs talk behind senior management but very nice in front of them
- Supportive co-workers who taught me the ropes.
- decent working hours.
Cons
Pay was $8 an hour even with experience. Incentive bar so high to reach for only $200 extra. Furthermore, management is clueless to the operations of the business; it’s an outbound call centre but training received applicable to inbound call centre so that was not gelpfulful to my work. Getting leave approved was so difficult because management refused to hire adequate headcount. Had to rush for lunch every day because had unreasonable login and log Off times. Management wanted to simulate a real call centre but it’s not a real CC so management added undue stress.
