Pros

There are no pros to working at this company

Cons

Servotronics is a very abusive and toxic environment where the CEO is corrupt and incompetent, the VP calls people "stupid" in front of their coworkers, the HR team retaliates against employees and people who try to make things better are punished

Pros

Flexible Schedule work either Mon-Fri 8 hours a day or Mon-Thurs 10 hours a day and you get to pick your day off. You also can choose your start time for first shift you can start between 4am-7am and second shift you can start between 12pm-3pm, health insurance and 401k available.

Cons

The employees are either drowning in work or have literally no work on the shelf to do and will have to walk around the building to find work anywhere to do, sit on their cellphones or sweep the floor. (even though there's a cleaning crew that comes in every night.) This cycle continues every few months the beginning and end of the quarters look good while the month in-between the employees have nothing to do due to lack of parts.
