Executive leadership does not know how to run a company. Culture absolutely sucks, as every customer issue is met with a hair-on-fire demands by executive leadership. This "yes-man" culture prevents any meaningful action, discussion or even a willingness to truly understand how to better provide value to their customers.
The CEO is continuously looking for the next "throat to choke" and a rock star one day can be fired the next - there is no employee loyalty. The turnover at the non-founder executive level is horrible. 3 CROs, 4 people in charge of delivery, 3 CMOs in last 3 years or so.
