Pros

Amazing people - 50% of the people who work here are amazing, the other 50% you never get to know because the turnover is so high. Ask around, most new hires leave within 6-8 months. It is a fairly stable stepping stone to advance your career as competitors do not realize the mess you are leaving. You can get paid to do nothing for at least 6 months, sometimes more. The amount of travel and crazy hours means an abundance equates to a boat load of points to use when you quit. Pets at the office as long as they play nice.

Cons

Benefits are pretty solid but will never outweigh the lack of compensation. If you've interviewed or ever been hired at SET you know the drill. The constant oversight from management as to what the creative, project and account managers of the company actually do is disheartening. There is more leadership than actual people executing projects. There are about 30 people at the company that do all of the work and 70 people overseeing or making work harder.

Pros

Pay is on the higher side but the lack of profit sharing is a big con for a company this size.

Cons

No profit sharing. Benefits could be more robust.
