      Pros

      Good Company for beginner. Plenty of opportunities for learning. They have many essential department such as Heat treatment, Machine shop, Tool room and R&D..which is really hard for get in single company. Pay good as a beginner. Though worker are very experienced but never felt any kind of arrogancy

      Cons

      Food is only problem. If you any not local candidate and working on shop floor than, you really going to miss food.

      Relaxed. Nice holidays. Flexible Hours.
