      Pros

      The company really cares for its employees. Communication is excellent and I know I can count on my coworkers and the interdisciplinary team 100%. Clinical managers are excellent, they have your back. I love the people I get to work with!

      Cons

      Pay is lower than it should be for a nurse in this area, but competitive with other hospice jobs in California. That’s the only reason I gave four stars instead of five.

      Great communication, effective teamwork and systems, good benefits, incentives for employee retention, flexible hours, opportunities for advancement and lateral movement, use of Paycom for tracking.

      The floppy tablet for documentation, Devero, lower range of normal pay
