Pros

The organization is consistently ranked in various Great and Best Place to Work listings due to diverse benefits. The client base of Sevan makes the work exciting knowing that you're impacting nationally recognized companies. The majority of employees are extremely helpful, kind and willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done.

Cons

- Low pay - Complete silence during times of social reform - Lack of diversity in leadership - Remote work policy non-existent for office-based employees, despite 2/3 of the company working remotely - Education reimbursement very low for advanced degree opportunities

We appreciate your feedback. The Great Place to Work (GPTW) survey takes many factors into account – including benefits. We are happy to be a certified GPTW for the past seven consecutive years. While we believe our benefit package is one of the best in the industry, there is always room for improvement. We are currently upgrading our company benefits and look forward to sharing the enhanced benefits package with our team members in coming months. We will keep looking into the educational reimbursement options and see how we can improve this in the future. We continue to look at ways to diversify our teams at all levels. Earlier this year we discussed the Golden Rule and how our company values (integrity, respect, teamwork, excellence and charity) relate to social reform. At Sevan there is an open door policy to openly discuss anything on people’s minds. We are strong believers in transparency - and always welcome questions and concerns. We have a very unique and diverse workforce. About 80 percent of our team members work remotely across North America and Europe. We have office-based teams in Downers Grove, Illinois and London, U.K. who were hired as mainly office-based team members to be present for collaboration in an office environment with large groups. We have flexible time-off and strongly encourage team members to proactively work with supervisors on any flexibility they may need to balance work and personal responsibilities. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to consider ways to address the concerns you raised. Thank-you.

Pros

Sevan is a place where I feel seen and heard when I bring up things I want to see or change. It is a very collaborative environment, and I love that I get to work with such a great team and wonderful managers. They explain, are very thorough, transparent and are here to help me grow. Overall, best place I have worked at by far!

Cons

I really have no cons at the moment. I know working remote can be difficult, but the company is finding solutions to help ease that and help us all gather at different times of the year.

Pros

Fun work at times, hands off managers

Cons

Disorganized. Didn’t take the time to get to know me or the benefits I could bring to the company. They removed my health insurance on the day they decided the temporary employment was over.
