      Pros

      I love the people, good work life balance, good benefits and good pay.

      Cons

      That they want everyone to work back in the office during a pandemic, no mask requirement and no vaccine requirements. No real flexibility to work from home dispute all the technology. Old school mentality.

We encourage you to take precautions as you feel necessary to keep yourself safe. Since March 2019 we have been following and keeping up with all CDC, local and national COVID-19 safety protocols, including guidelines for masks and vaccinations. If at any point you feel unsafe or uncomfortable about working in the office, please reach out to your manager or me personally.

      Pros

      I truly appreciated the quick response and interview process provided. Meeting with the Talent team first provided great insight to the company and benefits provided. Then the continued availability and interaction as the process continued was priceless and welcomed.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. There were some scheduling hiccups but nothing that caused any negative issues.

      Pros

      Sevan is a place where I feel seen and heard when I bring up things I want to see or change. It is a very collaborative environment, and I love that I get to work with such a great team and wonderful managers. They explain, are very thorough, transparent and are here to help me grow. Overall, best place I have worked at by far!

      Cons

      I really have no cons at the moment. I know working remote can be difficult, but the company is finding solutions to help ease that and help us all gather at different times of the year.
