Pros
The money isn't absolutely terrible, and they are flexible with your schedule. The menu is very good and diverse, so there is potential to make a little money.
Cons
There are is a long list of cons, but my main two would be the toxic work environment and tip-share. Servers tip out between 7-8% of your total sales if not a little higher. And there are negative repercussions if you even remotely question it. In addition to this, the work environment is incredibly toxic. The management is incredibly unorganized, and the staff turn over is insane. They consistently only promote management from within, therefore there are a lot of "favorite" and "inappropriate" relationships amongst staff and management.
