Pros

Decent starting wage, but you have to know someone to get on any good job.

Cons

Long hours, laid off half of the year, inexperienced management, favoritism, nepotism and zero benefits.

Pros

- Great money if willing to travel, per diem plus hotels paid for. Hotel points and flight miles are your to keep. - Growth is definitely there for those that are okay with travel and an opportunity to get off the road if you want to work in the office in Niagara Falls - Are almost always accommodating to vacations, appt, etc as long as there is coverage at the work site. I never had a problem taking a day off or going home earlier to catch an appointment or for a vacation.

Cons

No cons for me. The travel was the only thing that became an issue for me but that was because my family was growing and I wanted to be home more for them. If it was just me I would have stayed with them until retirement.

Pros

The higher ups in the company do honestly listen and take comments into consideration. There is plenty of room for growth within the company. If you want to travel Sevenson is all over the US. Possible 4 day work weeks depending on the job site.

Cons

With the traveling it is hard to have a good work life balance. Salaries are lower then average but the per diam and travel pay kind of make up for that.
