the market is difficult because the company is going against a 800-lb gorilla; the technology does not work as well as originally hoped

The technology has the potential to change how blood sampling is performed. The engineering team works well together but there wasn't any technical leadership during the years that I was there. They do compensate well and there's no expectation of working beyond the 9-5 schedule.

While the company's technology concept is good, the management team is the worst I've experienced. We rarely had company update meetings or meetings to review technology strategies. Most of the time, it feels like we are working independently.
