Students are eager to learn and fun to teach. Most families are supportive of faculty and trust them to teach their children.
Cons
Administration is moving to a "corporate" style of leadership; Admin is publicly supportive, but make majority of decisions behind closed doors. There are some cliques new employees should look out for.
