I’ve been at Severn Trent for 15 years and believe is a great place to work. I’ve done many different technical and leadership roles across the company and believe the people and culture are fantastic, really supportive and engaging and have always enjoy coming to work everyday. It’s an inclusive company, with Executives and Senior Management accessible (not hierarchical) but also empowering for decision making and team management. There’s lots of opportunities to learn new skills and grow your career, for anyone with the right attitude and commitment.
