      Pros

      A flexible, supportive and inclusive company. I've been here 12 years and truly feel that they care about me as a person. Work/life balance is encouraged, which is really important being a parent of two. There's room for career progression with lots of internal moves and opportunities to go at.

      Cons

      Salaries might be a bit lower in some roles than at some other companies - but I do think the pro's out way the cons.
