Good team. Hard working people who love what they're doing. The operation is really self-contained. You get to see all stages of design and production. Comparing what I did in my internship with what my classmates did at companies like BP, Airbus and Rolls Royce, I was given far more responsibility and benefitted from more contact with senior engineers.

The work space was small, in a basement at the time. I don't know if things have changed.

Perfect place to learn or keep learning in an environment that enables you to do so with enthusiasm with the help of highly skilled colleagues. Great technology development, great people, great structure. Management has people at heart, empathy is one of the core value, surrounded by outstanding innovative technology.

Nothing i can think of. It's not perfect but what I value is that they always try to improve and get better. They listen to employees needs.
