As everyone else has stated, the pay is incredibly bad for the amount and type of work. During my time at Shah Safari, I was lied to about my pay increase schedule, and was met with aggression every time I inquired about it. The management is belittling and quick to insults and hostility. They make you sign a non compete document even at lower level positions and will not let you have a copy of it. This seems to only exist to discourage you from finding work elsewhere. A coworker once asked for a copy and was yelled at and threatened. My manager frequently made inappropriate racist and sexist remarks. There are next to no benefits. They give you a stipend for health insurance, however it is only enough to cover health insurance that is next to useless. The vacation time is decent, however any time taken more than a day or two is met with hostility from management.
