Good company for freshers to improve their knowledge and skills

Nothing in terms of knowledge and skills, as per infrastructure there is no canteen and food provided.

A company with a small size but you will work for a bigger clients and a great growth opportunity. While you work it feels like you are part of family though it's an organization I feel personally and most of the team members I led during my tenure as a great and golden opportunity as we all climbed the strong ladder of Shakti and today everyone of us are making use of that ladder to reach the place we are in today It gave many of us the strong foundation needed on whatever role we played during our tenure It's a great starting and a turning point in my career and I always look Shakti as my foundation in IT for the opportunities I have been provided

I don't see any cons to comment other than being a small company to start with but how many of us are even struggling to get into a company and start working for a client. Anyone join Shakti would mostly through reference and clearly knowing the company size etc.. and most of them are starter. All are happy to gain the knowledge and experience from what they were before and after Shakti but they suddenly start forgetting the ladder they have climbed just because some one else gives something better. There is no limit to anyone's need and always something will look better relatively and it's individual judgements
