Pros

The schedule is quite flexible, and most of my colleagues are very friendly and supportive. However, the management tends to be very demanding and pushes us quite hard to meet targets and deadlines. While the work environment with peers is pleasant, the pressure from leadership can be quite intense at times.

Cons

The organization is characterized by excessive relationship-dependency, lacks youthful energy and innovation, and operates with severely outdated business practices and legacy systems that are no longer fit for purpose in today's market.

Pros

Have lots of freedoms during work. I actually had the opportunity to work in other department (min was the management department)

Cons

Too many people working on trivial things. Lots of time were spent talking to different people, trying to figure out what was going on.

Pros

As a state-owned enterprise in Shanghai, shrcb will not lay off employees even if our performance declines.

Cons

As the company's operating income continued to decline, management began to push employees to work overtime to stimulate business growth, even though this might not be effective. At the same time, employees faced a general salary cut environment.
