This was a good place to work. I was home almost every night and the company provides a good work life balance.

Earlier starts to the morning than I really care for.

Stress free job, management does not hound you about job performance.

Not much upward movement and management is very old school, so they don’t do much for their employees in terms of good work culture, PTO, mental health days, etc.
