      Work From home Proper systems in place to garner everyones success The owner is always available and truly listens to everyones input Very safe environment for all races, ethnicities, and sexuality Time off was never an issue Health Benefits

      Cons

      Not really many, personally I eventually got a little stir crazy from working from home, that is about it.

      Pros

      ShapeShift Group is the leader of Facebook / Instagram digital advertising for franchise and independent auto dealers. Providing personalized marketing campaigns specific for each dealer that is uniquely different from the competition. The staff is knowledgeable and go above and beyond to welcome you and make you feel comfortable.

      Absolutely none that I can think of.
